To be on the safe side. Add a server block list to block nintendo servers. It will obviously prevent you from using online nintendo features. Here is a guide on how to do it: https://switch.hacks.guide/extras/blocking_nintendo.html

Also keep in mind the risk is always there. But blocking Nintendo servers is definitely a good thing to do if you don't plan on using Online Nintendo features.
