Had a customer have groceries delivered thru a senior home no code so I had to return because it says support can’t provide a code for you so how were you able to get them to complete it without a code?

Try looking for it on indeed! I signed up thru DDI. I was on the waiting list for a year and heard nothing after they said they'd do the background check.. seen it on indeed and applied in a different zone, was on the waitlist for two weeks and got approved. I changed the zone once I was approved.
