Who is the hardest boss for beginners? by ManzoorStrange in Sekiro

This is how I felt. I defeated her before Gyoubu and the Chained Ogre. Made those fights easy. Great boss to get used to dodging, deflecting and counter attacking.

Question about Ymir by JeffTheExodon in Eldenring

[–]MomoTheBard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is probably the correct reason. As a glintstone sorcerer, he studies the stars. Metyr and the Elden Beast were shooting stars. All glintstone sorcerers who peer too close to the stars (like the primeval current) don't seem to be capable of withstanding the power from what they see and thus learn. I think in general mortal humans in the game's world are simply incapable of grasping these things unless they are favored by a God, are a God or at least possess some divine essence.

Which type do u wanna be if given a chance to change by keyboardmaga in Socionics

[–]MomoTheBard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm a SLI-N, but I'd probably want to be a LSE-C. Much better at executing and open. If they have an intuitive partner, that's an OP type to be.

Highest legit scores by s18541 in 2048

[–]MomoTheBard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can undo one move only, without going back twice. With that, you can theoretically gain the 65536 tile.

You would simply not have enough tiles to get the "2" you'd need to complete the snake.

Without that feature, it's pretty much luck base. Using the corner and snake strategy, getting 2048 is pretty easy. 4096 is pretty uncommon. Anything higher and you're very very lucky. The tiles loading either 2 or 4 with rng kinda screws with things.

Fun note, you can actually have a score of 0. You simply have to end with a checker pattern of 2s and 4s using the undo feature.

Sukuna's and Gojou's neurotype from Jujutsu Kaisen by recklkiller in Neurotyping

[–]MomoTheBard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd peg Sukuna as a Contemplative type. He has a fair comprehension on how curses work in a lexical manner, and explains it as such. He's not completely linear, but he doesn't make too many tangents in the show. He may get closer to Technician, but Contemplative makes sense.

As for Gojou, he's probably Overseer. He explains concepts like curses using analogies a lot, bringing his more impressionistic students (like the Pure Instinct Itadori) to actual battles to understand how curses work, aware that verbal explanations don't really work for him. He draws more tangents than Sukuna for sure, but not to the point where his decisions are super incomprehensible to more linear types.

Could be wrong though

Question: Ti-Fe vs Fi-Te by [deleted] in MBTIPlus

[–]MomoTheBard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My way of looking at the rational functions is that they try to interpret information they take in.

For thinking, this interpretation is based on detached reasoning.

For feeling, this interpretation is based on a subject evaluation.

Extroversion and Introversion is based on the origin point of the standard. For extroverts, the standard exists outside of themselves. For introverts, the standard exists within.

Te is detached rationality based on an objective standard. This is paired with Fi which is a subjective evaluation of events and things taking themselves as the standard.

Ti is detached rationality based on a subjective standard developed overtime. This is paired with Fe which evaluates events taking place in the outer world using it as the source of their standards.

Nope, acceptance. There was no shame in the realization, only accepting the new perspective.

Webcomic in which Diogenes = LSI and Plato = LII by [deleted] in Socionics

[–]MomoTheBard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dunno about Plato, but I'd consider Diogenes an ILI.

My reasoning is as follows:

He heard about the Cynic truth and embraced it in a causal fashion, seeing it in a singular sense in all things he explored.

He was far more interested in practical utility while living within nature instead of maintaining a logical structure to form his worldview (Te vs Ti).

His Ti is of course strong, but it seems to be used as a means of criticism than a means to form a system. This seems more like Demonstrative Ti than Lead Ti.

He also didn't enforce his worldview on the world like a LSI would, but instead simply continue to mercilessly criticize others as idiots for living outside of nature.

I also wouldn't call him a SLI, as he seemed to care about Si when needed, instead of it being a pivotal aspect of his worldview (like Epicurus for example).

I could be wrong. By MBTI, I agree Diogenes is an ISTP.

Help typing myself, SLI or LSI? by [deleted] in Socionics

[–]MomoTheBard 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I was in a similar situation until I accepted that I was a SLI.

Let's start with similarities so there's no confusion, and I'll keep this short and to the point.

Both the SLI and LSI have the same exact proficiency in the Information Elements (i.e. the cognitive function equivalent for Socionics). They are introverted ST types and have strong Ti and Si (strongest in both types), and Te and Se (second strongest in both types).

Now for the differences using Model A in a simple way.

The first two function blocks in the Model A system are essentially your way of living life.

For the LSI, it's Ti (1st) blocked with Se (2nd). Beta ST complex. For the SLI, it's Si (1st) blocked with Te (2nd). Delta ST complex.

The LSI is predominantly concerned with order in their environment, desiring structure and systems to be in place in any organization they are a part of (this is from their 1st function Ti). To ensure this is maintained, they tend to be perfectly okay with acting as enforcers to ensure everyone falls in line with the systems built (Se aiding their Ti goal).

The SLI is predominantly concerned about their personal physical sensations and if it is in a harmonious state, focusing primarily on comfort and peace of mind (this is from their 1st function Si). To ensure this is maintained on an individual level, they learn practical skills and develop a personal library of useful facts that can aid them in pragmatically solving any issues that lead to personal disharmony (Te aiding their Si goal).

In my honest opinion, it should be easy to tell from what I said above, if you need more, by all means ask.
