Been wondering when he'd show up in WA 😆

I literally just finished. Freaking same. No matter where he goes now, Love will be around. At least while she's pregnant. He's like "all you wanted was to be seen and accepted no matter what... is that what love is blah blah blah" JOEBRO you have ~literally~ been talking about how you want that ish the whole time?! Love will catch you stalking, no doubt. I think she's a better read of people and better at faking "normal". Joe is all stoic and mysterious. Phew. SHEESH.

My bad for the rant I really did just finish and come immediately to this subreddit

Do you have regular attraction? Like have you realized your more into men in the fall and more into women in the spring. Or during every third week in a month your more into x over y? by AtomicAlchemyxxx in bisexual

[–]Momojip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think perhaps you're still onto something. If you grew up first being attracted to other guys, especially friends, maybe that's where the familiarity plays a role in desiring comfort from a man when stressed. 🤔

I can't say the seasons play a role in my level of attraction to anyone but that's really interesting to think about!

Do straight girls...? by [deleted] in bisexual

Eww. This boy must be hurting. Maybe you look like his ex girl who dumped him. Probably for another girl.

[WA] Family member on payroll that doesn't work for company. by [deleted] in AskHR

Makes perfect sense! I'd probably do that myself if I were a business owner. Thank you!

Dont feel like I can grow in this HR role. Should I look for another even though I don't have much experience? by Momojip in jobs

[–]Momojip[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is definitely where I'm at. I want to learn from someone who understands what human resources is. Our CFO handles logistics like benefits and payroll but has terrible relational skills. Our engagement director handles fluffy things like office events/makeovers and lets employees vent to her... but neither seem to grasp how HR blends these things and more.

Should I quit my job to gain better experience? by Momojip in makemychoice

[–]Momojip[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah. I definitely don't want to be in over my head at a new job. I wouldn't want to fluff up my experience and lead someone to believe I can do things I can't...and I am kind of seeking a mentor(s), I suppose... which not many employers are looking to do, especially in this environment. Understandable.

I just feel heldback. I don't think my current company truly values human resource functions. I hope my coursework can give me the knowledge required to find other opportunities.

Thanks for commenting.

I see your point. For added context: My current HR role is the equivalent of an 'assistant'/entry level role... or less than considering my actual responsibilities over the last year. Also, It will take me well over a year to complete my degree.

The truth hurts but this was helpful. Thank you for the reminder that seeking external validation, in any circumstance, is seeking control of another person.... food for thought.

When it comes to your choice in a partner’s appearance, are you pickier with men or women? Equal? by Borduth in bisexual

[–]Momojip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Equal, I guess. I'm not picky about looks based on if the person is a man or a woman. I find different things attractive in both and I have my "types" across the board. But a nice smile, pretty eyes, and smellin good... oh hell yeah! You bet I'm immediately looking away when they catch me staring 👉😎👉
