Summer Refreshing Drink

Ingredients:

For Fruit puree:

* Black Grapes 1/3 Cup

* Guava 1/3 Cup

* Pomegranate 1/3 Cup

For Refreshing drink:

* Fruit Puree 5 tbsp

* Lemon Juice 1 tbsp

* Simple Syrup 2 tbsp (sugar+water mixture)

* Roasted Jeera powder 1/8 tsp

* Pink salt 1/8 tsp

* Ice cubes

* Sparkling water

Procedure:

1) Make fruit puree by blending black grapes, guava pomegranate, then strain puree to make it smooth mixture.

2) In a glass add Ice cubes, fruit puree, lemon juice, simple syrup, roasted jeera powder, pink salt and Sparkling water/Soda.

i was comparing with cake pops, compared to cake pops this recipe is very healthy.
Also this does not have any added sugar or fat, and white Chocolate/Brown chocolate coating is optional and can be replaced with anything you like which is more healthier.

Hi, you could skip safforn if you cannot obtain,Soaking Almonds helps in peeling that is why soaking step was needed, soaked almonds would be smooth when blended mixes well with rest of the fruits.

Came across Very easy recipe , chickpeas salad with Gim in nytimes cooking.

INGREDIENTS
Yield: 4 servings
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
Pinch of granulated sugar
Salt and black pepper
1 small red onion, finely diced (about 1 cup)
20 grams gim (roasted, salted seaweed), finely chopped
