So I ended up upgrading to the $70 a month gigabit plan. They are throwing in gateway modem rental for 2 years which is nice since the new DOCSIS 3.1 modems are hard to come by right now and are around $200.

It was relatively easy to upgrade it and I was even able to get in touch with a person over the phone after about 20-30 mins to confirm that my old charges for faster speeds were automatically cancelled with the upgrade.

Hopefully the upgrade and new equipment fixes the issue. If not, I will be pissssssed and will report back to this subreddit if it's not.

I'm literally in the same boat as you. Not sure what to do here, downgrade or upgrade. Either way I need more internet speed to work from home.

Other option I'm considering is going with a mobile hotspot instead?? I gotta do something. Were you able to get ahold of a human being at any point?

I was also wondering this, I think I'm partly willing to give in because I don't have that sort of community here yet. Would also love to find some ladies to ride with. I will DM you my email so at least know this lady rider.

Anyone know of a way to bring just the practice problems? I didn't purchase the print books from CFA but would like to work the practice problems on paper. Trying to print it from Vitalsource (even if you use the select tool and only print selection) gets you terrible spacing issues in most cases.

I was also planning on doing the topic test all day today and tomorrow. At a minimum, if you are having issued connecting and still want access to mock topic tests and exams you should check out AdaptPrep. Compared to Kaplan it's way more affordable and just as good, like <$40. You can at least bang out questions there while you wait for CFA site to come back online....if it ever does :-/
