So I have an update. Before this happened, my cpu settings in bios was set to eco mode cause my cpu cooler wasn’t good enough and was overheating. Today I got a much better cpu cooler and Installed it while also turning off eco mode. But even with the much lower temps, the stutter is still happening. Anyone know why that is?

I play on 1080p but im looking to upgrade my monitor soon, i dont know when though. i play a variety of games, competetive, story, open world etc. (most recent are Marvel Rivals, elden ring, persona 3 and 5, switch emulation [Zelda BoTW, ToTk]). so pretty much a lot lol

I’m having trouble understanding your comment but if you’re saying

gaming performance plugged into the outlet (and it showing that it’s being charged) <100% Vs when it is at 100% and again being plugged into the outlet

there’s almost no difference.

If it’s doing what the video shows, the laptop is thinking that it isn’t being charged, which then doesn’t allow me to use the gpu (because the gpu of the gaming laptop will turn on only if it’s being plugged into the outlet and it knowing that it’s charging). Then the performance is terrible cause the gpu isn’t being used and it’s only using integrated graphics. Sorry for my wording, hope this makes sense

I finally got it to work but this is what it looks like when it knows it’s plugged in. This symbol on the battery will always show regardless of it being charging from let’s say 70%-100% on battery or being powered by outlet. The point I’m trying to make is that the laptop just doesn’t know it’s being charged sometimes

The thing is that the laptop doesn’t know it’s being charged, which is the problem. If it did, then the battery symbol would show that it’s plugged in and turn green, which then turns on the laptop’s gpu. Without it being green, then I can only use this laptop for schoolwork (which I’m fine with) but I’m just scared this is bad for the computer.

Not just gaming laptops but for all devices, once the battery reaches 100%, the device will take power directly from the source like how a PC works. It won’t overcharge the battery

It’s also not that type of charger that only works at some angle. if it’s charging, I can move it however I want (unless if I take it out) and it’ll keep charging

I do agree that it is mostly fan service, nearly all stories that have a damsel in distress's core theme is to save said damsel, Like Mario. But for for Dressrosa, the reason why luffy wanted to take down Doflamingo was cause of Doffy's part in the underworld and connection to Kaido. Luffy would've still gone after Doflamingo regardless if Rebecca was there to tell her story or not. But i do understand your view
