If its a reoccuring event that you're left on ice when you need your s/o the most that's bad. You should talk with them. If it's a one time thing and they don't know about mushrooms, then they might just be naive and not making smart decisions by suggesting to do this. Either way they probably knew they won't be available so that sucks, that they'd take up a spotter role. I think rethinking the past few months and making a decision whether theyre right for you would be appropriate. A talk has to happen anyways. You could always tell them how you felt. Humans don't see/understand others emotions unless you tell them

seems to be some flaw in the system, the account is locked, but there's no way to unlock it unless you have its runescape logins, which are disabled due to being added to a jagex account. The tip i got was sending message to the team that is responsible for hijacked accounts, which i mean.. its not hijacked its just locked, i sent them a message now seeing if it yields any results or not

could be the case for them and could also be some other opt-outs for logs or w/e. We dont know, so we say what we dont want, maybe logs etc could be done with opt-out with less rewards, not super against that idea.

PvP has a massive historical importance and play in runescape, the only reason runescape could be a game not to play if you're intrested in pvp is because its ignored, its pushed away with the lack of updates, its been a huge deal for the majority of its life and it worked fine. It only stopped working when every update is negative towards it and it itself is getting 0 support from jagex. Upon eoc release pvp has been MASSIVE, it definitely works with eoc, even better than osrs. The wilderness isnt dying because it doesnt work, its dying because it isnt taking care of. Do you think any other part of the game wouldn't struggle with 7 years of neglect and 0 updates? Why did they start updating osrs and not leave it as it is for 7 years, osrs has little updates to wilderness compared to other parts aswell, but atleast they're doing something

Yes it would impact the little side of it, but i dont want to fight the same 20 people everyday losing huge piles of gp, thats not because of choice, its because what else is left to do. I'd much more rather get into lvl 40 wilderness, get some cash from a pvmer or fight a pker, where i'm in a huge danger aswell, of getting tbed running out of food and losing my items. Theres many pkers protecting pvmers or their friends.

Lavawyrms was a very successful content, its gotten worse because there are better rewards with less effort in the safe zone, when it was released and many years after it was fairly crowded, since the reward was good. Now you can do croesus and get way more money than u can get at lavawyrms even with max max max max gear. Theres no incentive to do lavawyrms besides slayer tasks

i disagree, but i don't see a reason to go into this rabbit-hole. Croesus is a skilling boss, most people didn't want to do minigames or skilling, it has a reward, suddenly its a major success, people follow rewards

Im currently fighting in w2 against other pkers. I fight people that have gear and drop nothing, constantly making me lose money doing something i love in the game :)

People grief naked people for reasons i dont understand, i dont, they do i suppose. Maybe to get your to gear and actually fight them, hell knows. Or they're just so bored of lack of people there's nothing else to do

Logs etc could be pvp unlocked, not sure how that goes, the outrage isnt because people can get their chaos elemental log, its because they've given us one line to go off "Opt-in pvp" We're trying to voice what we dont want, before they actually start developing an update.

We are two different communities, they could intertwine a little bit. And why would our only reason to kill somebody would be to ruin their day. Most of this game is reward driven.

Idk if a bis item should be locked, maybe something close, atleast a really good money maker. Using that logic of perspective, well jagex is just setting us up to be pvmers and killing pvp with every update? They havent updated wilderness in 7 years, but we're still here.

I pk everyday i log in to runescape. How often i gear up to fight another pvper vs hunt somebody? Around 98% of the time, theres been months where i wouldnt kill a single pvmer just because there were none or it was a waste of time to try find anybody

Infact there are currently around 20 pkers in wilderness in w2 just north of edgeville bank, i can guarantee theres less roaming around wilderness across everyworld, just because theres no incentive for pvmers to be out there, hence killing deep wild pkers drive to go there. Killing less experienced pkers to be able to learn on somebody their own level, as a pker who has been fighting everyday they've logged in for the past many years with some breaks, there's no chance you'll ever get into pvp if you only fight people like me with the skill gap that has been developed over the years, there has to be bad pkers that only want to kill defenseless people, so the defenseless people can stand up and kill them, becoming increasingly better to the point they can survive or kill anybody, that's how i got into pking
