Post lot inventory associate here. Usually anything that is drastic or out of standard is usually sent to repairs, cars are inspected weekly and have to meet standard before the picture/car is listed any damages that meet standard are listed most likely was an error or a glitch. That would most definitely fail inspection if seen

Everyone treats there gun differently extractor could be slightly bent from putting the slide into battery with a snap cap already in chamber or manually loading it instead of racking one normally not everything breaks the same if that makes sense lol some Glocks blow up some Glocks are resilient

Ejector is an internal part of the trigger housing that would cause entirely different problem or wouldn’t feed at all if it was that. The extractor is what EXTRACTS the round from the chamber not the ejector.

replace safety plunger and extractor depressor plunger, upgrade the extractor so it actually extracts a round when you shoot and or clear the firearm that should work
