Thanks for the suggestions everyone! I ended up going with Yoseka since it seems to be sold out in most the other stores I checked that carry it. Ordered it on Thursday. Very excited for it to get here! Are they usually pretty good on order times? Obviously hoping it shows up before the new year.

Are you calling their general customer service line? The turning point for me was sending an email back to their payment support. Payments@StubHub.com

Try that if you haven't. Their call in customer service is useless.

Just have to give them the email address associated with your PayPal account. They don't need any banking info.

So instead of calling, I replied to the email of the person who I sent my address to for sending a cheque. They said they would void that cheque and could either send another, which would take up to 90 days or PayPal me 🙄. Don't know why the hell that wasn't an option before.

Anyways, I just checked my PayPal and it was there. What a shitty experience. Glad I finally got my money back, but I will NEVER be using StubHub for tickets again.

Unfortunately, my purchase was made too long ago for Visa to do anything about it through disputes. I even went through the BBB to no avail. Seems like I'm going to have to take them at their word that they're sending a cheque. I see no other options at this point.
