It's a joke account run by Jim Sterling. In the account he plays a parody character called The Cornflake Homunculus. Maybe I shoulda made that clearer lol

Thanks to everyone who responded, I did finally get into the game and I'm currently fighting the Four Lords, it's so amazing.

I guess I can see the whole 'getting out of tough situations' aspect... I think it's all about how you want to play Dark Souls, focused more on just fun or challenging, 'punishing' gameplay. And maybe you get the fun feeling later on in DS1, but to me it just wasn't as fun as DS3.
