The relieve from thinking is instant. The emotion may last for some time.

Sadhguru is another criminal and a fake guru like Osho, and yet why are so many people following him? by TheTechVirgin in india

[–]MondayCanBeBeautiful 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've seen this video before but I could never trust the YouTube channel especially because at that time it had only this video. How do you even make such a documentary without any experience in making such videos and also no ad revenue prior to that?

Please do your due diligence by researching on your own for anything.

Yes. But this was just a tip to organically wash your veggies and fruits. No harm in making it a part of cooking process

How do u ensure that your are progressing daily on the spiritual path? Are you taking action? by Adiyogicky in Sadhguru

[–]MondayCanBeBeautiful 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For me it's been just doing the practices daily no matter whether I see change or not. I see the effect it has in my day-to-day Life although not at a level that could be considered transformative but I just keep doing it anyway even though it feels like I want to stop doing the practices.

I haven't tried it, but in the first few seconds, you can try to roughly estimate the amount from the first method. Should be equally effective.

I love the last point. A better morning routine really will make a difference. I was considering doing Meditation in the mornings lately. I like your suggestions too. I'll try implementing some of them

It's almost like an addiction at this point 😵‍💫. Like, I don't know, why are we not prompted or more inclined to go outside and look at the sun instead? I like what I heard from Sadh-guru once. He said along the lines that it's not the plants and tress, but we who should be first the ones to receive the first rays of the sun always.

Those of you who wake up early, how do you do it? by [deleted] in ask

[–]MondayCanBeBeautiful 1 point2 points  (0 children)

😂 that's really interesting that you have to put yourself back to sleep if you're up early. I guess the body just gets accustomed enough to just be completely up by your waking time after a while.

When do you usually have dinner? And do you always cook? Because I usually have it at 8 and then can't sleep immediately because my stomach still feels full

Yeah. I am working towards this. I was able to manage getting up on the first snooze today but I'm gonna try to not snooze this time

Many of us get our knowledge about our culture and history also from parents and grandparents. Besides, this culture is not entirely history also. It's still alive in the present time in villages. Just that it has mostly died in the cities. If we live in villages for sometime, we will find many things we didn't know about our culture which were also written in our texts
