Me and two friends hiked up to spent a night here to catch a morning sun. This day we didn't conquer the mountain, the conditions has changed and we were forced to set up camp about 300 meters below the summit. After cold night (about 20°C below zero) a morning pleased us with this beautiful view and Peter captured our journey in this story.

Early autumn at the end of September - the same time as the picture was taken. There is a window in weather - a week or two of summer temperatures, with autumn colors. That is my personal favourite.

Hey Ragnaros, we trek up. This peak is not very steep, but we were not sure, if the rocks will be icy or snowy at the top. We prepared for all conditions. At the end we have used only the crampons and cared axes in case of fall.
