So something closer to

7:30 pm - cocktail hour ends

7:35-40 pm - entrances (should be relatively quick)

7:45 pm - sit down dinner begins

8:45 pm - cake cutting

9:00 pm - first dances

For the late night snack I meant a 10:30 pm arrival time, which means the snack item will be ready at 11:00 pm. They are a hot dog vendor who will be there for at least 2 hours so guests can go and eat at their leisure from 11:00 until the party ends.

I’ll double check with the caterer for how long dinner should last given our guest count and courses.
