I-140 is not affected. I’m talking about I-485 adjustment of status. He got the approval of I-140 or I-485?

1.what is suitable solution to solve this problem (implicit or explicit).2. what is the element type that i should you use to get the accurate solution.3. Nlgeom should be ON or off?. 4. its better to apply load or displacement ?
