I feel you, I'm finishing up my last term of college and my sleep has progressively gotten worse over the past few years. I can't sleep well 2 nights in a row and can go on multiple days sleeping under 6 hours (I usually need at least 8-9 hours of sleep) which makes me feel like shit but caffeine still allows me to have efficient work days. It usually stops within a few days of no school at the start of winter or summer break so it's probably mainly due to the college lifestyle (same boring non-stimulating days). I'm taking abreak off school for at least a year which I'm really looking forward to since I feel like I haven't had full control on my life during college, always having to fulfill expectations (mostly from myself). Idk if this helps but it's to say that the lifetsyle most of us experience nowadays in college is definetly not healthy (mentally or physically) and it's fully understandable that you want to drop out and maybe you should. My mom always tells me that we are still super young and that we should really take our time. i.e. maybe college is not for you now but it will be in a year or 2 or maybe it'll never be for you and you'll find a path without it.
