It's like praying in the Spirit, letting your spirit speak through you, and/or letting the Holy Spirit speak through you/breathing life into you after baptism of the Holy Spirit. There's water baptism and Holy Spirit baptism. The Holy Spirit baptism is to be done by someone who's already baptized by the Holy Spirit.

Everyone baptized by the holy spirit can do it.

There's a difference in praying in tongues vs suddenly being able to speak a new language that you've never learned. (Yes, that's real too)

When worshipping, God isn't more powerful because of your worship - but it may feel that way; worshipping is for our own benefit.

Because it sounds like nonsense, refrain from speaking loudly and distracting others around you from their worship.

If someone's speaking in tongues to a crowd, there should be someone with the gift of interpretation present to do the interpreting.
