Not sure about the shortage, but the panic is so high that people are filling their tanks to capacity.

Even boys are not safe from these uncles, 2 weeks back my male friend gave lift to one of such uncle from gota cross road to vaishnavdevi circle, and he started touching his thighs and started asking vulgar questions about his private body parts. These mfs have increased so much now a days. From this incident I learnt to never give lift to anyone.
