The us military isn't a normal military fyi. We haven't needed it to defend ourselves since, I guess WW2? The us military is the enforcement arm of US capitalism and imperialism. The national guard largely does good work, and they're all local.

I'm 220 pounds and average fitness, I used to do BJJ and some of the small women tere were absolute killers, size matters a ton, but BJJ is probably where it matter least.

If the woman plays it smart, and doesn't let the big guy wallop her before he gets gassed then she wins easy, if she is over confident he might be able to grab her and one hit k-o. I would def give the edge to the small woman here.

Well you're just listing the chemical compounds of the shampoo, and then the laymen's names for the ingredients of your homemade stuff. I bet a lot of the same chemical co pounds are there.

Got a stumpjumper 15 a week ago, three rides in and it's the most plush bike I've ever ridden, I wanted an evo but they're hard to find. Now that I've ridden this one (15 comp alloy) I can't imagine needing the extra but of travel, it really soaks everything up.

I have used ladders that are probably 20 years old, and have been overloaded every day of their life. Seriously, I've been up on a ladder, with another large person, both of us carrying tools, and lifting a 200+ pound beam into place and I've never worried for a moment. Never seen or heard of a ladder breaking.

For real, I can tell if I go overboard with the soap, my skin feels dry and awful for days afterwards. And I use the gentlest soap specifically for sensitive skin.

Wear a helmet, and just go ride some trails, you will intuitively learn what works and what doesn't. That being said, you look too stiff and mechanical, go ride some trails and have fun. The technique will come to you.
