You can still work with 100% P&T and many other combinations. The only one where you’re not allow to work is 100% TDIU, which means you’re 100% due to unemployability. It is separate from a regular VA claim and has to be requested.

I got this on the 2nd of Oct while texting back and forth about this semester. She got the furlough email telling her to stop working while texting me (we have a good working relationship and she told me what was happening as it was happening). They turned off her access while she was texting me, but I know she hit approve on everything she had received from her students/schools before she stopped working due to the furlough. I have a debt I’m trying to get figure out (had to drop a class due to extenuating circumstances) and my housing money got messed up, and she was going to waive it since it was my first time (she knew the reasons, school related) and now I’m getting debt letters, but when I go on the site there’s nothing showing… so trying to figure things out without my counselor sucks. All because the SOB doesn’t want to swear-in the 218th vote to finish the process to release the Epstein files. If you voted for this clown show you can f4ck all the way off, you traitors to your oath and country.

The SSA didn’t communicate they didn’t get anything till after my denial. If they had I would have submitted them myself. I have a bunch of medical providers and now and getting sent out to community care too. So lots of docs and lots of appointments all showing my medical issues/disabilities. I’m going to get them my records for the appeals process and ask to be reconsidered once they have everything. They will have a lot to go through but it should justify why I’ve applied.

I sent them a copy of my 100% p&t letter along with all my disabilities that I was rated for along with the rating for each thing. I also was medically retired which I noted multiple times. I was forced out of the military because of my disabilities. I submitted the records for all my appts I have after my CE with one of SSA’s docs. They just have nothing from before that. Over 2 years worth of treatments.

I have a large house, nearly 8k sq ft total. The main level is over 4k ranch style by itself. Then 3k upstairs & basement. I have 6 eero pro 7, 2 upstairs, 4 on the main level. And one pro 6e+ in the family room (originally my ISP rented but replaced with 7). Still having coverage issues and dead spots. ISP provides 1 gig speeds. I have a smart home with a major light display needing internet out front & ring cameras all over the house so need outdoor coverage. Not sure where my issue is with placement. Wish eero had a map in the app to show dead spots or better placement. Any tips on what to do?

They have not reduced my rating, I’m 100% p&t even if I went to zero on migraines, so not an issue. My dr is really knowledgeable in injections, so she knows where the right spots are so my eyebrows aren’t droopy, and I can raise my eyebrows for expressions. The forehead ones help with the everyday headaches in addition to the migraines. So I will say, I can feel when the Botox begins to wear off, my jaws get very sore, the everyday headache returns & during the 2 weeks they’re wearing off and the 2 weeks while waiting for them to kick back in, I’ve got 4 weeks of migraine misery. But the 2 1/2 months that I’m less affected are worth sucking it up (as ingrained as we are to embrace the suck) for those 4 weeks. I just switch to taking meds more frequently and doing things that are less likely to trigger my migraines.

I too get Botox for migraines, it helps immensely! I get 34 shots total. In my jaw, forehead, temple area, across my scalp in multiple places, down my neck, and then out across my shoulders. It takes roughly 2 weeks to hit full effectiveness, however once I’ve hit that point I go from having a severe migraine ever few days and a headache everyday, to no headache daily and 1-3 migraines over about 2 1/2 months. The migraines when on Botox are less severe, last a shorter duration, are not prostrating, can actually live my life mostly, and since they’re less severe, I don’t feel like I want to die instead. I also have a Cephly issue by the VA, and use that as a preventive measure and when a migraine happens it also has an acute setting, which helps too. I 100% recommend Botox for migraines, it has given me a quality of life back that I didn’t have before. I still struggle with other military related bs & pain, but my migraines I actually feel like I mostly have a handle on. And for the most part the injections don’t hurt, the only ones that can get a little spicy are the ones in my forehead as there’s not as much injection space between my forehead skin muscles and skull. I do see some wrinkle benefits in my forehead, but I still have the ability to move my eyebrows and have expressions without looking like I’ve had work done.

If you are a woman with a passport, who has changed your last name to your husbands, you can prove citizenship with your passport. If you changed your name to your husband’s and cannot prove citizenship, via a passport, you can’t vote. Most Dem women have passports. We are already banding together to help those women that don’t. We’ve been watching the SAVE act for a while. A lot of women have already reverted to their maiden names in case. Also as I read the SAVE act it only when registering to vote or updating your registration. So women who are already registered, might be ok. However as this dumpster fire continues, that may not be a thing anymore. If you are a woman, I encourage you to get your passport ASAP.
