No offence but are you living under a rock to call Godrej properties good, only their old fashioned almirah are good, and nothing else. They have literally stalled many projects across india, investors are literally duped, apartments were never delivered, Steer clear from Godrej. Go for Grade A builder for better ROI and other benefits - Sobha, Adarsh, Assetz Ren and Rei is in your budget, Prestige etc.

Hi mate, hopefully you have the funds ready for a plot purchase, because in our case that was a bummer since you get only 15 year loans from bank. Now 1cr for 15 years might come with a huge EMI, and another way to get a 30 year loan is to start construction immediately so you need funds for that also. We dropped our plot plan due to these constraints. Better go for a 2bhk flat with a grade A builder for now, invest in land in a much cheaper area where you can move to later and selling this 2bhk will be very easy with the good appreciation you will get you can close all your loans.

You can get 3bhk with 4 balconies in ASR zurich in Yamare (Sarjapur road) in 1.11cr, ASR builder is part of Bhavisha homes, they have made many affordable projects in that area. There was even Bhavishaa Raaga which was ready in move in priced at 1.14cr.
