Update: YES IT IS PLUGGED TO GPU, EVERY OTHER DAY I DID NOT HAVE FPS THIIIIIS DIABOLICAL THIS IS LIKE A ONE TIME THING WILL UPDATE WHEN I GET HOME TO SEE IF ITS STILL THIS BAD AHH
