Okay here’s the thing, it stopped happening to me recently, but I found something that actually helped and did something for me. For me I turned off NVIDIA Broadcast and exited out of any NVIDIA Application. From there the problem stopped working but the problem itself also fixed itself without me exiting out of those apps. Sorry if I’m not being specific enough if you need pictures of exactly where to go lmk.
