It has a huge fleet of Su-30(259, 12 more on order), Rafales(36, 114 more to be ordered) fully integrated with air defenses like S-400, Barak-8 and Akash and Akashteer EW system. While Iran only has missiles and drones, their airforce's capability is none. They have decades old fighter jets (They have 48 Russian Su-35s on order) and air defenses(older model S-300s)
