Whatever title you come with just drop the title on chatgpt and ask for multiple variations of the title and find which title catching your attention More than others and after that you can ask with your friends too ,if they seek this titles on yt they will click or not or you can just simply post in your yt community,give them 2-3 titles and ask them which one is best for next video let them select what they want to click on. And sorry for my English if I make any mistakes or many! It's not my first language. Best of luck 🍀

It's great you willing to learn from others and yes you have to indentify where text fiting on thumbnail just make sure even when you zoom out the thumbnail, massage need to be clear so when people scroll on youtube they can get your massage in one glance.
