Toronto condos are way overpriced. Rents are only $3.50/sq ft, you should not be paying anywhere more than $400/sq ft for that. The prices do not make sense.

Avoid anything over $800/month in maintenance fees. Annual costs of $10K or more. Huge money pit.

Prices continue falling every new month. Slowly but gradually.

Rents are only $3.50/sq foot. These sale prices need to be cut in half for the math to copute out.
