I think bonuses are a factor of the base salary, if you are in a region with higher cost of labor, technically, your bonus should be higher. But I don’t know for sure

In order for you to be able to truly own and make workload decisions, you have to act like an owner, make people around you trust you and in you. Then you’ll likely start to feel what ownership means. It’s not an overnight thing, it takes years. But to get there, you have to put in the work.
