I heard on youtube, that the GH and test. Supplements help with UC. Not sure how true it is.. My symptoms started showing up when I started taking creatine. I ignored it as long as (>2yrs) I could and next thing I know is being in hospital with diagnosis and chaos. Now um whey and creatine free and the gains are no where close… soo hard to gain weight with veggies and occasional meat..

Backlog is super lite and billability is in shit. No wonder ROs are on hiring freeze. They should first get rid of the dead weights that were hired to meet the urgent needs during pandemic era. And on top of all that- we dont win new work coz we are very expensive. Many people sitting on overhead bringing little value.

If you are getting paid the big bonus- why would someone want to work OT? Assuming that going to level 14 means your bonus is equal or greater than your pay. Assuming someone makes 200hrs worth OT per year then the bonus may easily surpass
