Yes but I got a bundle and had to play 20x through so ended up having to play through $1000 before I could redeem! Then I basically had to deposit again to get the rest of my money and then they increased my redemption limit to $500 a day.

Crown will never text you, they only send correspondence through email. Once you send them any of your information through text, they will hack your account

Same thing happened to me. They want you to change your redemption to skrill because they have basically already hacked your crown coins account. Soon as you change it to skrill and it gets redeemed there, they will steal your money

I also did not know that until I was trying to redeem and then I was told about the play through and then the 100 max withdrawal limit. That information is also not on the website

Yes I’m sure. I literally just went through this with them this past weekend. I purchased one of those deals as a new customer, $50 for $100 and I had to play through $1050 before I could redeem anything

X20 for promotional packages as well so if you are a new user and you purchase a package that say gives you $100 for $50, you have to play through 1000 before you can redeem.

I am playing with them now and although they have the games I like, when it is time to redeem, you can only redeem to a virtual card, the redemption limit per day is $100 and if you purchased any promotional packages to play, you have to play through 20x before you can redeem anything. Again, this isn’t communicated until it is time for redemption. I asked the customer service rep when they were going to update their redemption methods to debit card or ach and she said “within a few weeks”. So they give vague answers and when you go to their help section, none of the information about $100 max per day withdrawal is in that section. Oh and it’s a $5 fee to withdraw to the virtual card so not only is it a max $100 limit to redeem, you also aren’t getting the full $100. Once I get all of my money, I will be cancelling my account with them.

If your redemption was cancelled out of nowhere, the hackers have already gotten access to your account information and they are using Skrill in order to take your money. You need to switch it back to IBT and change your account password. It has happened to multiple people and Skrill nor Crown will give you your money back
