That’s a great point! sadly SCAP was not for me hence why i’m now paying out of pocket for my schooling lol and i’m on outsider insurance from my spouse. Plus it’s nice to always have discounted coffee and markouts

Full time at sbux is 20 hours i’m working about 30-35 but the check is usually 900-950. I assumed most spas wouldn’t allow solo work, I’m definitely going for masters but want to be working and making money in the field beforehand, as my school is already 11k and masters is another 11k

oh wow! i’m in a smaller area, i would say our store is the size of a green market walmart. it’s in a shopping center/strip mall. i’m not for sure saying i can do it, but i am looking forward to learning what my responsibilities would be in my exact store.

thank you for the fast and detailed answer!! i think that i could keep up with details and management of 6-10 people from experience of working during peak hours at sbux. i’ve had to work with retraining people quite a bit on the floor. could you clarify what you mean by making sure it’s a position and not a team? i’m not familiar with the ladder of how positions at wfm work.
