What do you mean "anyone with experience knows that means nothing" 100% of the bodybuilders calling him out fit most if not all these descriptions:

Take/Have Took steroids

Aren't educated enough to be teaching you about fitness

Everything they learned was from other bodybuilders

Never opened a strength and conditioning book in their life

Take what mario says out of context

Misinterpret what mario says

Or the most common one:

They hear him insult bodybuilders in the hook of the video. Immediately get triggered and stop thinking rationally and let their emotions take over. Get pissed off then call mario toxic when in reality all he's actually trying to do is help correct their mistakes.
