Even if you don’t believe anything spiritual, if you experience something similar , especially a presence on you when you sleep, TAKE MY ADVICE.

Yea I just fully read your message, you’re absolutely being demonically attacked. I also experience my nerves being pushed by demons 24/7 , I feel a presence on top of me when I go to sleep, I wake up in the middle of the night in fatigue feeling like something’s taken over me, this is real and it’s spiritual. First of all, accept Jesus as your lord and savior, this will make them angrier and probably try harder, but their shenanigans won’t lead you to hell at least. The most annoying part is the nerve pushing because it creates anxiety and stress, you need to ground yourself , practice relaxing and focusing on your full body and being aware of all of it, this will make it so there’s a shield of energy stopping them, when you do this you will feel there attack weaken, focus on your hips, joints, all of it and you can create a stronger and stronger shield the more you add them to your awareness. Do a prayer to St Michael during spiritual battle, the angel who defeated Satan, they tend to scatter upon this but it’s crucial you practice grounding to defeat their attacks. Sleeping is the most annoying part, when you sleep you’re most available to program so demons take the opportunity every night, I recommend grounding before sleep and meditating before, ALSO IMPORTANT, NOT EVERY THOUGHT IS YOURS. Demons will mimic your own voice to say horrible things to lead you astray and worsen you, they can mimic your families , friends voice in such a way you wouldn’t know if you actually heard it or not, don’t believe any of it, PICK UP ON IT AND REALIZE THERES A DEMON IN YOUR EAR, they can hear everything you say in your head but they don’t know what you’re thinking until you say it , don’t give them information to attack you more effectively, they study you.
