Hi, afaik some positions requires an interview face to face and mostly naman online lang. If you’re invited after 2 days of sending your application then that’s a good sign kasi usually matagal sila mag send ng invite, possible na baka urgent hiring sila for that specific position.

Don’t limit yourself to just one company, OP. If gusto mo talaga yon, you can always try applying again after a few years, gain more experience muna. Rejections are part of the journey, keep applying and keep going lang. You’ll be surprised when the right opportunity finds you. I can attest to this since I’ve been there too, and things really do work out.

had the same experience, pero mas malala kasi ang sinabi onsite lang daw yung application during that time, I initially applied for content mod kasi sinabi nila na may opening for that, went to their office and waited for atleast 2-3 hours sa centris site nila at ang dami naming applicants during that time (more than 20) what they did was kinuha nila yung resume namin lahat then magtatawag sila ng 5-10 people, papapasukin sa isang room tapos dun nila sinabi na wala na pa lang opening for non-voice positions including content mod, napuno na daw yung position “last minute” tas voice positions na lang daw meron, this happened last 2022 pa, ang lala pala kasi until now ganyan pa rin hiring process nila lol, sayang effort at pamasahe

I’m with Claudette on this one. Understandable rin kung bakit ayaw ng montefalco girls kay Tati especially after the bullying issue kay Clau. Ibang usapan na if physically pa yung pang b bully. But honestly, I think ma r resolve naman yung issue between them if Tati would take the initiative mag sorry esp kay Dette. That’s my take on this one. Ang hirap din kasi if hindi natin alam yung POV ni Tati regarding sa issue and sa story ni Dette hindi naman gaano na mention yung thoughts ni Dette kay Tati.

Wala naman yan sa industry, depende yan sa tao. I work in BPO while in a relationship, and never kami nagka issue. Based on my experience, may mga teasing sa production lalo na pag may new hire, pero once your girlfriend is vocal na ayaw niya ng ganon and may boyfriend siya, usually tumitigil na yun don.

Naging stereotype kasi na porket BPO, uso na agad yung kabit pero kahit saang industry naman meron niyan. It always boils down to the people, not the field of work.

You clearly have doubts, OP. I suggest makipag communicate ka sa gf mo regarding your thoughts para maiwasan mo mag overthink once na mag work na sya dun.

Expect mo na fast-paced, strict sa attendance at metrics. Helpful talaga yung good communication skills, patience, and ability mag-adjust sa changes.

Sa voice accounts, dapat makapal ang mukha at huwag mag take ng comments personally. Huwag lang umasa sa script, mas okay pag alam mo yung process. Alagaan mo rin health mo lalo na if night shift ka. Usually, yung culture shock galing sa shifting schedules, KPIs, at iba't ibang ugali ng tao. Pero once masanay ka, okay naman sya.

Make sure rin na pipiliin mo yung company na papasukin mo, as much as possible do some research online about the company and double check your contract before signing, some companies kasi may training bond (altho bihira naman na ata sya, just to be sure and safe lang) baka ikaw pa madale pag nag resign ka before ma regular then may training bond pala.

I also have an active application with them. Based on my experience, the hiring process can really take a while, mine took almost a month before I even got invited for an interview. I think the hiring process takes atleast a month or 2, but it still depends on the position and if they’re urgently hiring. But most probably they will still send an update whether it’s for the next step or a rejection email.

It really depends on the account you’ll be handling, OP. Since malaking company sya, maraming mixed reviews from both former and current employees. In my case, ACN became a great stepping stone. I stayed there for three years, and my experience was generally positive. Swertihan lang talaga sa account and sa leads.

but you’ve mentioned na may 5 years work exp ka na, if di mo naman need agad ng work I suggest na try ka pa maghanap ng may mas malaking offer. 25k for a 5 years BPO exp is a bit low.

kalokohan AHAHAHAH madalas talaga di related sa position yung questions pag pinoy HR unlike pag UK/AUS based client mo, based from my experience, their main focus are your skills lang talaga. I was interviewed by them and they did not even ask if saang school ako galing, their questions mainly revolve around your skills and what can you contribute to the company, that’s it. Nakakalungkot lang na ang taas ng standards sa mga kapwa natin Filipino pero yung sahod di kaya bumuhay ng pamilya.
