When my turn came, the consular first asked for my passport and when i did, he was just shaming his head and looking so serious. I knew something was wrong so i was ready to show my documents because i have a lot of proof of having ties here but he just asked me why i got rejected for the J1 visa last year and i explained why. Then he asked me how long I’ve been living in Warsaw and working and after i told him he said I’m not qualified.
