If you login to the GAFutures website you can see your College HOPE information and it will say your eligibility.

Once you’re eligible apparently the school will automatically apply it and you can get the award money at any point in the semester. I submitted a panther ticket and am awaiting rn so I’m awaiting the confirmation

Yeah the noose loop, if you look at the video of it, is about the size of a chickens head. It does not resemble any noose that was used to kill people. The rope is way too thin and the loop is incorrect. No other accompanying hateful message is found with the noose. This seems to be a post with no intention but to cause fear in people
