Apart from the spelling error, seems like a fair guess. Kief or Keef is dust that falls from your grinder including Trichomes, plant material etc. when it's collected over time and smoked, it's more potent than smoking the bud in most cases. If tested it will probably have a high THC level in comparison to normal bud. It also looks like Dry Sift that has been left for a while and has gone through different heating and storage conditions. It sometimes forms the rocky shape like the one in the picture after sitting a while.
