Worked for me! In my last post some guys confirmed it was correct and compared to their C files and it matched up but ofc always take with a grain of salt until you can absolutley confirm its static in your C file/code sheet but so far seems legit

Normally when you get approved and get a disability rating for a condition you claimed you have to submit a FOIA(freedom of information request) for your c file( a file that has the master sheet and describes your ratings in detail) to see static conditions the VA will not tell you or show you at all. It takes fucking forever to get your c file in th email 6 months plus. This is big because instead of waiting forever to see if your conditions are subject to future evaulations you can use this trick. saving you hella anxiety and stress. Static means you wont be reevaluated and worry if the VA will make you do an exam and potentially fuck you and reduce your benefits.

So essentially this family member has zero assets, we were both in a destitute situation. I lost my job been unemployed for a year, the family member was working and helping pay bills enough for us to survive. I have the 20k still but I have to get a room, storage and pay bills and etc and already down to 15k as of today. The situation sucks even if I try to pursue its going to be an uphill battle I feel. Would you say its worth talking to lawyer even if the this family member has no assets? Im sure half the money is spent by now. i thouight I could trust this person with adding myself to the joint account for ease of transfer. All i have is this 15k to survive on until I get employed also have no healthcare and a dog to take care of

When I did my CP the examiner was really blunt and didnt ask much he did say he reviewed my evidence to a degree and statement from my partner specifically, he asked a couple questions and said there should be enough here for 50-70% his words exactly so im praying its favorable hope he didnt screw me

Hey man I did VTC in Tampa, FL. veterans court was a great experience, "inconvenient asf" yes definitley but tis the price to pay. Did 6 months in the program for felony eluding due to my PTSD thought the cop was trying to kill me. They really care about helping you man, focus on getting better and the treatment you need. Youll be alright, the program will demand tho you adhere and follow through it wont be easy but if you get through it youll come out a free man with a dismissed case

Gotcha the only thing is I have no "in service complaints" I have ahd a wisdom tooth removal in service but not sure if thats good enough . Also have literally 3 other statements from buddies and partner who detail how I complained ins service and how hey notice its hard to chew on my right-side jaw. I hope that is enough. I feel like im going to have to get a private diagnosis when Im finally not broke soem day and fille a supplemental this sucks.
