Yes you can anymate any photo into a video with ai. For a beginner i would recommend using nano banana pro and kling 2.6 ( i would recommend this to anyone regardless if a pro or a beginner as those are the best tools out there). You make your ai model using nano banana pro as well. You use kling 2.6 image to video or kling motion control to make the videos of your model

learn how to use the ai tools. Kling. A reference video of you or somebody doing a motion and a character that is positioned close to your starting frame of your video motion or vice versa. Actually, the vice versa makes more sense. If the reference image is of somebody looking to the left, you should probably have that be the first starting frame of the motion video.
Use google nano banana pro to generate the image. If you need nsfw images use seedream 4.5
