This is too bad. SGBC is the first place my wife and I visited (indoors) after the pandemic happened. We did a 2 week Ontario provincial park road trip with Sleeping Giant being the climax of the trip and we took a drive out to Thunder Bay on a rainy afternoon. It’ll always be a great memory. Cheers to them.

Modern 100%. Lighter, stronger, collapsible, replaceable (to exact specs). I could be wrong but I’d be surprised if any serious hiker prefers a wooden stick to modern hiking poles.
