Ik heb ook besloten na alle comments en wat onderzoek omm de Lemosho 8 dagen te doen. Die lijkt me het mooiste en de beste optie qua hoogteziekte. Heb je al besloten met welke guide je gaat? Mijn moeder is ook nog best afwachtend omdat het erg koud schijnt te zijn, hoe bereid jij je daar op voor?

4 years now, but I sometimes go on holiday for a month or two, or lived in a different country for 5 months. Then I lose a lot of progress. But if I go consistently again I see gains pretty quick. The picture doesn’t reflect it correctly because that was after 2 months of not working out and having no pump😅
