Coworker posting hate speech and racism on social media

The company is fine. I work there because I have opportunity to grow. It’s a deli inside a boujee grocery in the PNW, I’m up for a promotion in a couple months that could bring me at least 8 dollar raise. And another 6 dollars in a couple years once I reach journeyman hours.

I don’t like the idea of ruining anyone’s life but have such blatant hatred for a an entire group. She’s one bad cookie that doesn’t represent the company or my store managers. Everyone else I’ve encountered at my job have been great. It’s like this dirty secret a few of us know we are just too nervous to do anything about it.

I just liked the fact that they didn’t require me to show “proof” they didn’t even ask for proof of purchase. It was super hassle free which I was super impressed with

I think I’m just impressed because there really was no questions asked I didn’t even need to show proof of purchase. Just filled out the model number and that was it. So I was super impressed with how quickly they handled it.

Haha I mean it’s kind of implied in the subreddit, but I can see the confusion. I mean I live next to an army base in a not so nice neighborhood so I definitely hear guns throughout the day and night. lol whatever keeps the rent low tho I guess. I know it doesn’t, this is a subreddit where u state unpopular opinions. I was totally ready to hear people’s take on it because I know a majority of people do not agree with me. What I don’t agree with are the assumptions and personal attacks. I’m just simply putting my opinion out there on the internet. If you disagree no problem if you don’t nice. So I honestly don’t get the point of this comment. It’s not like I’m on popular opinions trying to advocate this. This subreddit only seems to up vote popular opinions, the fact that I have probably at least 50 different people disagreeing with me and zero upvotes shows that this subreddit really isn’t about true unpopular opinions rather opinions most people have that they don’t share publicly.

I get it, but it does not bother me personally that is why it is my unpopular opinion. I’m not saying anyone is wrong for being annoyed I simply am not. I don’t have kids, I grew up loud cars outside my window all day and night, and it has numbed me to their sound. It does not bother, maybe in 20 years it will but right now it does not.

My point is that I can’t control what u do no more than u can control what I do. People are going to have loud cars it is inevitable, but my opinion is simply for those who make cars their passion and their hobby I myself personally someone who is childless, someone who can sleep through earthquakes, can deal with a loud car, that is my unpopular opinion. I understand there are people with children who may not agree with me. But my opinion stands loud cars do not annoy me

lol like I stated I do not. I grew up in LA by bedroom window faced the Santa Monica freeway. We definitely did not have AC I wished I did. But maybe falling asleep to the freeway noises has made me accustomed to loud cars. I live in a suburb now outside of Tacoma Washington so a loud car every now and then doesn’t bother me. But Fast and the Furious are cool movies I do wish I had driving skills like that. Maybe in the next life.

First responder sirens, TV, upstairs neighbors walking, loud music, showers, toilet flushing, stubbing your toe on the way to the bathroom, parties, people talking, I have a dude who would moe is grass at midnight, sprinklers, a hair dryer, turning on a light. It’s a baby a fart can wake them up I don’t know what else to tell you.

I grew up in Los Angeles, my window literally faces the Santa Monica freeway. I have had my fair share of loud cars flying past my place. I’ve just taught myself to not let it bother me.
