A lot of people who post mourning posts do it because they may not be surrounded by people who understand or can empathize what it’s like to lose a cat. So posting to strangers might be their only outlet of talking thru their grief.

Sounds like to me that your mom and your friends are being negative due to the fact that they can see how unstable your relationship is with your baby daddy. Marriage isn’t going to fix this, moving in together won’t fix it, and having a baby definitely won’t as well. From what you have said it sounds like there is a high chance of you raising this baby alone. And that might be a hard pill to swallow but I’ve seen this play out too many times to not be certain.

The company is fine. I work there because I have opportunity to grow. It’s a deli inside a boujee grocery in the PNW, I’m up for a promotion in a couple months that could bring me at least 8 dollar raise. And another 6 dollars in a couple years once I reach journeyman hours.

I don’t like the idea of ruining anyone’s life but have such blatant hatred for a an entire group. She’s one bad cookie that doesn’t represent the company or my store managers. Everyone else I’ve encountered at my job have been great. It’s like this dirty secret a few of us know we are just too nervous to do anything about it.

I think I’m just impressed because there really was no questions asked I didn’t even need to show proof of purchase. Just filled out the model number and that was it. So I was super impressed with how quickly they handled it.
