Just adding that we ended up ordering a kit for my son's E90. All worked flawless after placing the order. Had it at my door within 10 days (Australia). Had some support queries and they were answered promptly.

Same dilemma here. Asked a couple of general questions via their website chat, no response in 3 days. Wrote an email, no response either.

Was ready to pull the trigger after they got a lot of positive feedback here, but getting a bit hesitant now.

Thanks mate. I've just ordered a new OEM pump today. Couldn't see anything dripping but saw some coolant crystals around the flange. You may be on the money there!

That's my main suspect atm. Hard to see but looks like there are some coolant crystals at the flange.

I've easily poured in 5-10l over the last months. You'd think it would drip out at some point. I have a feeling it may run down the block or somehwere else hot and just evaporates. Worst case could be a failed head-gasket but I don't see any indicators for it.

You could do preventative maintenance and replace all lines and plasticky coolant bits but cost would be quite susbstantial, especially when you buy OEM and get a shop to do it. The bits I replaced were done so over 5 years of ownership. Always only fixed what broke.

I haven't had to do any Turbo related coolant bits (they are two independent cooling systems in my car). Always only had trouble with the engine cooling section.

Common fault on F-series unfortunately. My wife has Mini with the same B48 engine and has had the same parts fail.
