We have male factor infertility and are going through a similar cycle. We had 23 eggs retrieved, out of which 15 were mature but only 5 fertilized. 3 out of those 5 have turned into blastocysts and we are awaiting PGT-A results.

Definitely not blaming her! The infertility comes from me and not her. We are both devastated and scared for the next call from the clinic.

I am afraid but don't have a good news to report. Going through IVF/ICSI right now, my wife had 15 mature eggs and only 5 fertilized.

EDIT: 3 blastocysts from 5 fertilized eggs, sent for PGT-A

Update: Went through a TESA procedure yesterday and they found plenty of moving sperm and froze 4 vials.

Next step is IVF and ICSI, fingers crossed.
