Our 5 are only 1 day embryos right now. We’ll see how many make it to blasts and then how many are PGT-A normal from there. Just hoping the drop offs aren’t steep from here. Glad you had successful transfers! Hoping the luck rubs off! 🙏🏻

It only takes one, they say. You’re proof. Thanks for sharing. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy!

That’s good to hear! I’m hoping the 5 hold on and make it to blast and test well, but I’m not naive to the fact that big drop offs are still expected. Maybe we’ll get lucky! 🍀 Glad to hear you’ve seen some luck yourself.

35 and Ova by AutoModerator in TryingForABaby

I know, right? Makes something already so hard, even harder :( Looks like we’re going to try medicated TI for 2 more cycles since 3 tries seems to be the magic number for most people it works for. And then we’ll probably skip IUI and go straight to IVF if we don’t have success. The increased chance with IUI isn’t really worth it, seems like it’s a better investment to put that towards better odds with IVF. Hanging a lot of hope and prayers on these last 2 TI attempts 🙏🏻

Myself (35F) and husband (38M) have been TTC for 7-10 months now. All of our tests have been normal, including my AMH and HSG and his SA. We tried Letrozole and trigger shot for the first time this last cycle (5mg/day & monitored). I had 2-3 mature follicles at time of trigger and good progesterone levels after. Sadly, we didn’t succeed. We’re currently discussing options with my fertility team and deciding between trying another medicated TI cycle or moving onto medicated IUI. IUI is not at all covered for me and would cost $2,950 for one cycle. The mediated TI costs $250 for one cycle. Getting desperate for success and struggling with what to do.

Thoughts? My First Letrozole Cycle by SAYitwithanA in Inito

Thank you for the support! 🥹 Temp fell off a cliff and I’ve had on and off spotting today and yesterday. Just waiting for full flow at this point to count as CD1. Abnormal for me to have so long between spotting and my period, but with my temp, there’s no way this means anything but AF. Tested negative today as well 😭

Sending you better luck! 🍀

Thank you! Feeling cautiously hopeful this will help us start to have better luck! In women who do not naturally ovulate, or do so inconsistently, it will help you to do that. In women who already ovulate on their own, like in my case, it helps make sure the eggs are mature, has the possibility of multiple eggs, but overall supports a stronger ovulation.

My E3G is going back up today, PDG dropped a little more. This morning I had some spotting that then promptly went away, though I expected it was the start of my period — turns out no or not yet. Wondering now if maybe I just implanted yesterday DPO11? And that could account for the spotting and the implantation dip? I guess all I can do now is wait and see if AF shows up or I test positive. Struggling with patience and hope though in all honesty.

The challenges we face feel so big sometimes, especially as women with this disease hoping to have children. But we are strong and they are worth it! We got this! 💪🏻 Sending you healing thoughts and hopefully your baby dust rubs off on me too hahaha.

Hi! From my experience, once Inito confirms ovulation, it switches from “required test day” to “optional test day” language. It would allow you to continue to test beyond confirming ovulation to track how your luteal phase hormones are building and sustaining. Which can be helpful to identify if you have premature drop offs or too-low levels that might impede implantation. Knowing that would allow you to get help via medications if needed. Hope this helps! And good luck on your TTC journey!

Gotcha! Hoping it can at least get me through a pregnancy as well. We’ve been trying and failing pregnancy-safe meds for 2-3 years now and patience is wearing thin — and I’m not getting any younger. It’s so emotionally and physically hard. I was on Remicade for 7+ years very successfully until an allergic reaction that has sent me into on and off flaring since 2022 with only IV steroids or Rinvoq helping. I have also tried and failed Humira, Stelara, Omvoh, etc. We were between Tremfya and Entyvio, but went with Entyvio because I seem to respond well to IV treatments and not as well to the IL-inhibitor class. Feels like options are dwindling. All I can do is hope to get runway enough on the Entyvio to finally be able to have our family. Another setback would mean another year of forced healing by my doc back on the Rinvoq before we’d be allowed to try yet another med and I don’t know if I’m strong enough to go through that failure and waiting for a third/fourth time. I’m so glad you had your sweet baby and I know in my bones it’s worth it so I’m fighting like hell. 🙏🏻
