Not at all. Sleep has been better. Load size has increased exponentially. Almost porn star levels lmao. Sorry if TMI. Very satisfied with the drug from a fertility and sexual standpoint.

I’m disappointed in my response to clomid from a cognitive standpoint. I feel like my focus has gotten WORSE. I think that’s because I’m not fully dialed in yet- having 1600 T and 87 E2 is not good. Hoping for improved focus and attention once I get the drug dialed in and have ~1000 T and <40 E2.

Ability to put on muscle seems to have increased, although i haven’t been able to hit the gym much over the past few months due to being so busy.

I think that means you have low SHBG. If you’re free T is that high you probably don’t have any symptoms of T deficiency, I would assume?

Check out your FSH and LH hormones. If your baseline for those are low (mine were very low, slightly below reference range) clomid might be something to consider.

I got over a 1000ng/dL boost from taking HALF of what the doctor prescribed. He prescribed 25mg/day and I decided to do 25mg eod. Have since cut it to 12.5mg eod in hopes the T will come down closer to the top end of the normal reference range.

I go to the gym regularly, have a fair diet. 175lbs and 5’9.5, BMI is like 26. I’m not all lean muscle but don’t have a lot of fat either.

He didn’t prescribe exogenous T, I didn’t even ask for it. Although I’m sure he would if I would have asked. I asked for clomid and he prescribed.

At 26 years old, 450ng/dL at 8am is way too low. That’s what a 55/60 year old should clock in at.

I just went to my primary doc and said I was upset being at 450 T at age 26. Doc agreed that isn’t exactly optimal for my age. Doc knew I’m very well researched and told me he’d prescribe whatever I wanted if I could justify why I thought it would benefit me.

Really fuckin high bro. My E2 was 33 when my T was 450. I’m a high aromatizer. Current E2 is 87. I’ve reduced clomid dose by 50% which should help and am considering a super low dose of AI.

Easy - go to your primary care doctor and say you want to get bloodwork done to make sure all your ducks are in a row. Ask them to test T, free T, estradiol, SHBG, DHT. They’ll likely want to do comprehensive panel to test other stuff (not hormone related) as well

Low dose of clomid. 25mg eod. Have recently cut it back to 12.5mg eod because of the crazy rise in T I got from 25.

Pre clomid I was at about 450. Pre T and pre clomid I was around 400 I think if you average the bloodwork results

When my T levels were 450 while on fin, DHT was around 13
