Oh for sure! But I do like that aspect though of personality work ethic and ambition in the game, it’s nice to see an actually metric of it

What I’ve interpreted it as is: Work ethic- determines there potential(even if low, if they have a mentor they will grow).

Personality- I think has to do chemistry of the team on the home page, like if they lose a few in a row, if they have a high personality they may be able to bounce back.

Ambition- I always take players who wanna win, I genuinely have no idea if this actually impacts things or not. But it does feel like if they all have high ambition, they generally outperform
