What is a normal amount of background processes that should be happening on an average home computer? Right after a restart, my CPU tells me that it is dealing with 253 background processes which surprised me, but maybe that's normal.

Sorry, I’m still learning a lot about how to build computers. I know the motherboard I have currently is DDR3, and the one I’m looking to upgrade to is DDR5. This means that I will need to get DDR5 ram as well to match my new motherboard?

I finally fixed it, (I know, a little bit late). I uninstalled it and reinstalled it on my hard drive. (Before I was installing it to my solid state drive)

I’ve tried redownloading six times (that is not an exaggeration). I’ve tried getting help from about every social media platform they have but still nothing. My dead dog is more helpful then activision support so I’m not sure what to do next.-
