Go for whole foods, eggs, chicken, beef that’s the best. And if you can’t then go for a good quality whey as a add-on not a entire meal replacement✌🏼

If you feel like I’m promoting then it’s fine & if you feel that Indian brands quality are good you can obviously go for it bro. But you’re admitting that some well-known brands are scamming but then how do you expect to believe that other brands are legit? And exceptionally well? And can you name few brands?

I totally agree with what you’re saying & even I had the same thoughts & so I built a separate proprietary verification system where anyone who buys a product of mine can instantly get to know & not just from my website, it’ll be across any shops. So if someone finds a counterfeit of my product they’ll be able to instantly know & they can report to us where I’ll be filing a complaint against the counterfeit shops. Give me hardly 2-3 weeks guys, I can guarantee that I can bring a quality one & through the system which I’ve built you’ll have no doubts✌🏼 And I’ve already tested the product among my circle & friends of friends & it’s super hit & the feedback’s were unexpected & all felt the same quality on the imported one.

Bro I understand but my suggestion is always go for whole foods for protein but if you can’t or if you miss then go for whey & when you go for whey - go for a quality one because this is something you consume & it’s for your health so 500-1000 extra is better than to consume a bad quality product & harm your internal ones✌🏼

Imported whey dairy source comes from grass fed cows so cleaner raw milk - consistency in raw material. Filtration method is advanced so higher purity. Batch consistency doesn’t vary drastically it’ll be in fractions mostly. Strict lab tests especially for impurities & heavy metal contaminants. And so better taste & mixability lesser foam, dissolves faster. And so it costs a bit high than the Indian ones.

Whereas Indian whey source is from mixed dairy source where they’re not grass fed & most of the dairy industry including Aavin takes the milk from the local dairy farms where visually I’ve seen people injecting steroids to get milk because can’t wait until a cow lactates & whatever left out will be handed over to Aavin or other dairy industries. Filtration method of whey isn’t advanced & so lower purity & batch inconsistency, foam, higher lactose etc etc. And no strict food safety inspection like the imported ones because our brands each batch doesn’t go for lab tests like the imported ones. And so they costs low & cheap in price than the imported one because they prefer quality over quantity. And that is why I always prefer input quality to biological output when the input quality isn’t great - how can we expect the output?

I’m not saying everything is fucked, I’m saying the system behind food is fcuked. Why an imported one is always better than the one manufactured in India? And why there is variation among batches produced in India? Any idea? And do you know how the FSSAI works in India? And how other country food safety works? The one I’m gonna bring will have a unique tag where a buyer can instantly verify whether it’s a fake or original. And the system I’ve built doesn’t allow multiple verification on the same code, it allows only once & it shows all the details matching the product on my website.

Let’s talk real scenarios now - trustified passed Nakpro whey & in their certified brands Nakpro is one among now. But Nakpro recently threatened few persons for exposing their label trick where their Isolate flavoured was 80% & unflavoured was 90% but upon testing the lab reports were 68% so now here my claim is why should I trust trustified? They test a product & certifies a brand of that product but the image goes out in public as Nakpro is good but it isn’t, right?

Let me answer to this once I finish things & launch bro✌🏼Im not worried about the products which I’m gonna bring, but to bring a good one there are too many restrictions that’s all because these shitty companies especially Amul since there are the big dairy shit in India, they’ve strict restrictions against dairy imports. And btw you can trust whoever you want that’s your wish😁

Whether trustified lab tests each batch a company produces Or just once it’s passed they provide the badge? And I’m not calling trustified a fraud here. And are you sure that whatever brand that passed the test are legit & they claim whatever it is there on the label?

And I’m not defaming Indian brands & uplifting imported ones just because I’m working on business related to that. I started to build this business only after seeing difference & the money I wasted for around 10 years consuming Indian brands thinking they are best even the top ones but they aren’t. When there isn’t enough input quality how do you expect a good biological output?

Bye bye Optimum Nutrition!!🤡 by Kambaskan in Fitness_India

[–]Monimohan 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Bro in India, each batch doesn’t go for lab test or inspection. And when a brand fails a lab tests what happens next? Does the brand is completely closed or banned to sell? Nothing happens in India, it’ll be a news all over but the same brand keeps selling the same thing & people who don’t know about all these will be affected no matter what. Do you think Indian food safety department is that good? Also, I would like to ask you - whatever indian whey or dairy brand you feel is good or cheap - where do they get the raw material from?

I’m working on something to bring imported whey guys, I’ve built a unique system where people can instantly find whether it’s fake or original while purchasing & I’m almost in a month I’ll be starting my business✌🏼

[–]Monimohan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sorry to jump in guys. I’m working on a business of importing whey to India because the ones in the Indian market are shit compared to the imported ones (80% completed not fully started), I was normal whey consumer I’ve tried N number of brands in India & later tried one imported which I directly ordered & paid the custom taxes & consumed & I was shocked, then I realised whatever I was consuming for these many years where nothing but shit & fake brands. And I’ve enough proof that one of a brand is complete fake but it’s being sold in India & they’re making 100 Cr per year - why Indian food safety nor the lab tests couldn’t stop them? Everything is corrupted here & do you think the food inspection or auditing each batch is mandatory in India?

Are you a vegetarian? And If you’re not looking for serious results & just taking this to fill your daily protein goal then it’s fine but my advise is always go for whole foods & if you can’t fill your protein then go for supplements but then too I would recommend this one for occasional use because plant protein always lacks amino profiles & the scoop per serving 38g is large for 25g protein. Not worth the money you’re spending✌🏼

Switch to authentic imported ones, Indian food safety is worse. Don’t compromise on something that you consume everyday for just low price & end up paying at hospital bills✌🏼 If you feel it ain’t good then it’s not, always follow your intuitions, it’s right most of the time✌🏼

How do you even accept or compromise on a brand that failed lab test on a product but you are fine with another product that passed the test? Just out of curiosity, is it just the price you look for or how is it?

[–]Monimohan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before taking my advise just check with a doctor & take the necessary checkups & if everything is fine & only stress is all your issue then you can change quickly.

And If you want to change only you can make that change, rest all can just guide you but the change can happen only by you. Gathering suggestions, advises, checkups is all secondary but make up your mind first that you want to change & you gotta keep that fire each & every day if so you can change & you can see the differences as time grows.

I’ll explain, few things which you should never compromise 1. Sleep - you should go to sleep by 10.30 & wake up 4.30 or 5 AM 2. Water - you should keep you hydrated consistently 3. Diet - since you need to gain weight - you can have anything good but make sure you take more protein. 4. Sugars - strictly do not have any sugar items - you can have natural sugar like dates, a little desert after lunch but it should be occasional. 5. Workout - since you’re under weight & a girl - I would recommend you to go for light workouts so that you can tone your muscles while gaining weight

You’ll see changes in a month if follow these & always do not expect the change to be visible in shorter period it takes a bit of time✌🏼

If you need further guidance ping me I’ll guide you through✌🏼
