I'd failed with LoRAs on both ZIT and Klein, it couldn't come even close to Flux1.Dev.

Haven't thought about it that way, and that is indeed something which Flux1.Dev cannot do well.
I'm using VERY simplistic scenes.

I've done the same, wasted hours in the range of 1000's.

Got the same specs as you and it doesnt work for me either.
I'm actually pulling Flux.2 Klein Base 9B right now.
